• Ms Seema

  Seema is the proud owner of The Goddard School in Dublin, OH. She studied Human Resources in Canada and has worked in several administrative and managerial positions throughout her career. Her love of continuous learning and education has inspired her to embark on this journey to join the Goddard family. As a mother, she understands the importance of ensuring that children have a quality early education and the positive impact that it will have for their academic careers and future success.

• Ms Jackie

  Ms. Jackie is our Director of Operations and has been at this location since 1999. She graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has worked with children in many different capacities; such as teacher, assistant director and director. She has worked in the position of director since 1991.

• Ms Jessica

  Ms. Jessica began her childcare career in 2011, has been an Assistant Director since 2018, and joined our team as Assistant Director in 2022. She has her Child Development Associate certification as well as Montessori certification. Ms. Jessica is an enthusiastic educator who loves making an impact in children's lives and watching them blossom. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her family.

• Ms Amber

  Ms. Amber is a Lead Preschool Teacher! Since April 2022, Ms. Amber has been an integral part of our team, bringing dedication, expertise, and boundless enthusiasm to her role. With 6 years of experience in childcare, she is a valuable asset in nurturing our young learners and preparing them for their preschool journey. She enjoys watching her students reach their milestones and celebrating them together. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, playing video games, and spending time with her husband!

• Ms Calli

  Ms. Calli joined our Goddard family in September 2024 and brings 11 years of experience working with children. She has been a valuable team player in our Pre-K classroom, offering patience, creativity, and a strong dedication to early learning. She is currently working toward her CDA credential to continue growing in the field. Ms. Calli loves working with children because she finds great fulfillment in making a positive difference in their development and watching their growth each day. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and doing crafts.

• Ms Emma

  Ms. Emma joined our Goddard family in February 2025 and has 10 years of experience working with children. As our Lead Toddler Teacher, she focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment where toddlers can learn and grow at their own pace. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Emma loves spending time with her chickens.

• Ms Erica

  Ms. Erica has worn many hats here at Goddard over her 9 years, but she has found her home as a lead in our preschool room. She has an associate's degree in Early Childhood Development and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary education. Ms. Erica is also a participant in our Sunshine Committee, bringing creativity and joy to our staff and families. She enjoys seeing each child work through their thought process when learning new things, as well as the smiles and cuddles they bring to school every day. In her free time, she likes to crochet and read.

• Ms Kat

  Ms. Kat is our Lead School-Age Teacher. Rejoining us in February 2024 after completing her CDA credential, she is committed to supporting the growth and development of our children. She has 4 years of early childcare experience, where she finds inspiration in the development of every child. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her dog, playing video games, and cleaning!

• Ms Sara

  Ms. Sara has been the pillar in our Cub room since April 2015. She enjoys working with the infants, experiencing every child's milestones as they grow in their first year. Ms. Sara brings a warm and inviting presence to all our families. She likes hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with her two children in her free time. We love seeing her smiling face every morning.

• Ms Sarah

  Ms. Sarah is one of our Lead Get Set Teachers. With a wealth of experience spanning 9 years in the world of 2-3-year-olds, Ms. Sarah brings a refreshing energy and expertise to our classroom. She finds joy in the hustle and bustle of the classroom, cherishing those "Ah-ha" moments when her little ones grasp a new concept of skill. Outside the classroom, Ms. Sarah loves spending time outdoors with her husband and kids, Connor and Emily, and reading!

• Ms Synthia

  Ms. Synthia is one of our Lead Preschool Teachers. Ms. Synthia has been with us since August 2020 and is a participant in our Sunshine Committee, where she brings new ideas for teacher and family engagement. She has an associate degree in early childhood education and is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. Her favorite thing about being a teacher is getting to watch each child grow and change throughout the year, and seeing those 'A-ha' moments when they understand what she is teaching. Her favorite things to do in her downtime are reading, baking, making arts and crafts, and shopping.

• Ms Isabelle

  Ms. Isabelle joined our Goddard family in January 2025 and brings 9 years of experience working with young children. As our Assistant Infant Teacher, she loves watching little ones grow and enjoys building strong, meaningful bonds with each child in her care. She is currently working toward her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about continuing to learn and grow in the field. In her free time, Ms. Isabelle enjoys playing the piano and going for runs. We are grateful to have her supporting our infant classroom.

• Ms Pooja

  Ms. Pooja joined our Goddard family in October 2025 and brings years of experience guiding children, including her own child and her nieces and nephews. She has been a wonderful asset to our Get Set classroom with her positive energy and caring nature. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and loves playing, imagining, and exploring alongside the children each day. In her free time, Ms. Pooja enjoys cooking and crafting.

• Ms Seeta

  Ms. Seeta joined The Goddard School in August 2025, bringing over five years of experience working with young children. She loves spending her days with our infants—supporting their growth, celebrating new milestones, and introducing them to the world around them. Ms. Seeta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where every child feels safe and loved. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and relaxing while watching movies.

• Ms Seunghyun (Sue)

  Ms. Sue joined our Goddard family in June 2024 and brings over 10 years of experience working with young children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has a true passion for helping little learners grow. Her favorite part of teaching is introducing new things to her students and watching their excitement as they discover the world around them. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Sue loves to read books and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new. We’re so grateful to have her guiding and caring for our toddlers each day!

• Ms Dawn

  Ms. Dawn has been a teacher with us since August 2019. She started as a toddler teacher, then moved up to preschool, then Pre-K, and now has taken on the role of Support Staff/ Bus Driver. Ms. Dawn has 33 years of experience working with children. She has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Her favorite part about working with children is that every day is different, and she loves how proud her students are when things click! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

• Ms Kiran

  Ms. Kiran is one of our Support Staff with an impressive 40 years of experience in early childhood development. Despite her tenure, she remains passionate about nurturing infants and celebrating their milestones. Joining our team in November 2023, Ms. Kiran has become an integral part of our infant room. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and volunteering to help her Temple.
