We are less conventional because we believe at our core, upscale dining should be unpredictable and unprecedented. As we carefully prepare your food and handcraft your cocktails we believe that the thing about our cuisine is it brings folks together from all walks of life and puts smiles on their faces. So, come let us take you on the main line through the south from the bayous of Louisiana to the Spanish moss-covered oaks of Georgia. Then on to the rocky top mountains of Tennessee and down home through the blue grass of Kentucky.
